My husband and I tried for a baby since six months, we both r quite healthy, his sperm count and my usg and hormone levels are all good. Still we cant achieve success. Doctor suggests for repetitive infertility treatment. But we are not ok with it. Both of us are 30 yrs old.pls suggest.

hello, You should try having intercourse on 10th-20th day of your periods on alternate days as it is the "fertile period". Have you got an hsg test done?

The first thing that should happen after marriage is 'pregnancy'. It is most natural. If it has not happened means there is a problem. I suggest both of you visit a good infertility clinic(there are so many !) and start treatment immediately after investigations and thorough evaluation.

Understand your concern regarding conception since you are already 30. When your reports have come out normal, it does not always mean that everything is fine. It just means that what all can be tested is fine because science has it's limitations and may not be able to pick up subtle abnormalities. See a fertility specialist and maintain continuity of evaluation and treatment; that is very important. All the best and keep us posted.

Hello.......,you couple try sexual intercourse during Window period, that's ovulation period , it comes around 14 days before first day of menses bleeding. You couple copulate for 2-3 days Siphenen is ovulation inducing durg, doctor may increase dosage . semen analysis has to be done to know if there is any problem with husband . Doctor may advise you for intrauterine insemination if this treatment fails .
