I'm a architecture student . My sleep cycle is messed up . I can't sleep for more than 4 hours straight. I can only sleep that much in a day . Sometimes I sleep for 10 hours straight. Nowadays I can't sleep due to dreams . I get up from a dream and can't go back to sleep. What do you suggest me to do?
