Not able to loose weight
I am doing two days of gymming and 3 days of yoga every week for last one year. When I started my weight was 75 kg. Now its stuck at 68/69 kg for last 5 months. I am not able to loose weight further. can you suggest what can be done to loose further weight? What kind of diet should I follow? I have hypothyroidism and on its medication...50 mg thyronorm everyday.

Congratulations that you had lost some weight.  Actually it's easy to loose the initial weight coz those are water soluble fats.. But it needs some extra miles to loose further.  Everybody has an unique body type n lifestyle. So for personalised plan u can contact me.

Take high fiber low fat diet Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. ask me directly for detailed diet plan for hypothyroidism.
