Not a boday growth nd waight gain
My hight is 5'5 and waight is 43 kg only my full day meal is that -brakfast start at 10 am nd i take 3 chapati, sabji and juis nd lunch time is that 3 pm aproxe dal chawal sabji and salad nd aproxe 5 pm i take tea nd bickute nd diner time is 10-11 pm i take roti sabji salad nd 1 glass with protin powder milk so plz suggest me what can i do

You need to consume small and frequent meals throughout the day also meals should be healthy and high in protein .
