Fever, dry cough and breathlessness is more associated with corona, nasal congestion can also be there. Only nasal congestion is not corona, this could be sinusitis or allergic rhinitis.

Fever ,dry cough and breathing difficulty is more consistent with Corona although it might present like flue also.you may be having allergic rhinitis !!
