My nose is block continiously from last 7 days . I have tried to open with inhaler karvol plus, vicks  but nt working.

You can use otrivin/nasovion nasal spray but don't use it often or daily. It will give immediate but temporary relief. Better to consult an ENT doctor if no other symptoms like fever and cough.
