Bleeding from nose is common in pregnancy which gets exaggerated due to cold and dryness. Take levocetrizine- one in the morning and one in the night for 3 days. Chew succee tablets- 3 tablets per day. Don't blow your nose with force. Apply pressure on the nose while bleeding. If the problem is severe get BT,CT, platelet count done and inform the doctor if you are on blood thinners.

Avoid blowing the nose and steam. Put little pressure over the nose to stop bleeding or use ice packs. Visit an ENT specialist if it  persists.

Need to know your medical history. Are you on blood thinners? If yes, report to your doctor for nose bleed. Be careful and not for other symptoms like easy bruising/ bleeding gums/ bleeding per vagium or rectum. Best to report your symptoms and get yourself checked.

Nose bleeding may happen in case of dry nose and blowing the nose hard or by nose picking. Avoid all of these. Keep yourself well hydrated, That is drink plenty of water. In Case of nose bleed, look up and pinch the apex of the nose. The bleeding will usually stop. If the bleeding occurs in the absence of the above, or more frequently you may consult an ENT specialist by keeping the Gynaecologist in the loop.

Bleeding in pregnancy is due to hyperdynamic state as such. U shouldn't blow or use hot steam while bleeding instead use cold ice pack thats during bleeding episode. Since u are suffering from cold and blocked nose. Try saline nasal drops
