I am 25 year old female, i want to know what is the normal heart beat, my heart rate always show 80-90 when im awake and when i go to sleep its going up to 45-50 beats per minute,
I read on internet 72 is normal heart beat so my heart rate is normal or abnormal? Do i need to worry?
