Dear Sir, My BP stays in normal levels around 110-130/65-80 when i do it at home with my OMRON BP monitor. But at doctors office the systolic BP goes high around 150 -160 but the diastolic also remains below 80. Actually at doctors office i get nervous. Do i have BP . Please guide. Regards, Piyush

Hi there. I was on beta blockers like concor and nebi 2.5 for 3 years and noticed significant weight gain. I was suggested by my gp to stop it as my Bp is usually 110 or 120 over 70 or 77. This is my BP and heart rate after taking losartan 25MG for almost 6 months. Both ratings are 10 minutes apart, earlier used to stay quite high.
