Hey There could me many possible reasons for fatty liver So you need to tell us if there is any medical history. Till then i can suggest you somethings like: * You need to eradicate smoking and drinking ( if it is there ) * Oil consumption should be limited to 3 table spoon per day only. Combination of PUFA AND MUFA is recommended like : olive oil, cannola oil, rice bran oil, mustard oil. * Rotation of oils in every 20 -30 days is considered * Avoid ghee, butter, creams etc
