Is chicken bad for alcoholic fatty liver?can i eat paneer instead?Or should i eat only veggies and fruits and give up all other foods?

Make a healthy routine .70% diet & 30% exercise helps in the weight loss. Do’s- use skimmed or single tonned milk (300) ml daily Curd and paneer are made up from the tonned milk Use olive oil , sunflower oil, saffola, rice bran oil, mustard oil Can take artificial sweeteners ( maximum 4 tablets a day) Don’t- avoid sugar completely and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables Avoid tinned canned, preserved food and processed food

You need to take low fat diet. Yes chicken you have to avoid. And malasa oily foods also you have to avoid  You need to take low fat balance diet with regular exercise for 45 min.

Hi, You can have chicken but in boiled form. Low fat paneer made from cows milk is allowed.Fruits and vegetables in total about 4-5 serving a day is good for the liver.

You can have chicken if you are having Alcoholic fatty liver but in boiled and roasted 2-3 pcs not fried one. Maintain you oil intake you can take only have 3 tsp oil during the day. Follow protein rich and balance diet. You have to be stop intake of Alcohol. Need your blood report wants to check SGOT & SGPT level. For more detail consult me directly on Practo.
