Well it's quite possible that you are sleeping empty stomach or eating less food as much as it is required...Those sounds are the increased bowel movements in the GIT system...Do not worry..Have more bland food in the night and less spicy and oily food...Thank you

You might not ne eating healthy balanced diet, or insufficient diet in evening. Take proper diet and drink a glass of milk at bedtime
