No tears,eye prob
Around 3 years back i was hit by a flu after which my eyes stopped producing tears,I can't produce any tears while i cry or cut an onion,though over these 3 years my eyes have improved.I have tried allopathy and it never worked,can homeopathy help me? I really want to be able to produce tears again
