No idea what is this and what to do
This happened to me for the second time, my lips became chapped and in the centre there is small ulcer like something from which fluid comes out. No matter how lip balm i apply it does not get better. If i laugh it bleeds as well.What is this? What should i do? Picture attached. I br grateful for your reply.

Appears like a cold sore .To be certain consult with a dermatologist ,who may prescribe oral antiviral medication as these are preferred over creams.You can try applying zovirax cream or docosanol cream

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from chapped lips as infectious cheilitis ( viral or bacterial) .
Reason- due to dry weather, more sun exposure ,due to dehydration and due to Vitamin B deficiency and Low Iron level.
Next Steps
Take treatments as follow as
1- Cap Pantop d 1 time per day for 3 days before food.
2- Tab Amoxyclav 375 mg 2 time per day for 3 days after food.
3- Cap Vizylac 2 time per day for 3 days after food.
4- Ointment - Betnovate GM 2 time per day for 3 days at any time on the lip .
5- Tab Limcee 2 time per day for 3 days for Vitamin C.
6- Cap Multivitamin A to z 2 time per day for 3 days after food for strength and immunity.
