This happened to me for the second time, my lips became chapped and in the centre there is small ulcer like something from which fluid comes out. No matter how lip balm i apply it does not get better. If i laugh it bleeds as well.What is this? What should i do? Picture attached. I br grateful for your reply.

Appears like a cold sore .To be certain consult with a dermatologist ,who may prescribe oral antiviral medication as these are preferred over creams.You can try applying zovirax cream or docosanol cream
