No breast milk supply
Hi, I have a baby girl ( pre term by 5 months) and now she is 2 1/2 month old.She was hospitalised for a month and a half so I had to pump and give milk for baby.Initially I had good milk supply for 2 months. After discharge I was suggested to breastfeed baby but I don't have milk supply though baby sucks well. What could be the reason ? I had all kind of food intake and supplements as well.I am taking care of baby most of time hence my routine affects. Please suggest because this causes me depression more and more. Thank you in advance, Pooja

Hello, Use fennel seeds , ajwain and garlic in your food to increase the supply. And do not be stressed because even that is a reason for decreased milk supply . you have to feel happy and create that bond with your baby during feeding.
