Nipple soreness

I m facing Right side nipple pain only.. when it is touching cloth or like when I wear seat belt and it touches but when I m pressing with hand no pain.. but if cloth is touching it is sensitive .. two days back I also got my breast physical examination done.. gynae said all ok..but y nipple soreness is there .. also year back I used to do running.. could that be the cause ..like constant rubbing against cloth..
Also I got my blood tests done.. all fine... Only vitamin d deficiency came in results.. 13.0

You said that you got a physical examination done by a Gynaecologist two days back. He should have given some medicine because you have SYMPTOMS. The point is not that you don't have a specific disease. If you have Symptoms it is a good enough reason for having medicine.
