Nipple discharge with normal prolactin
I have nipple discharged from last one week, i am not pregnant or breastfeeding. Discharge started while intimacy. Post thati have check my prolactin level 9.23, fsh 8.3 TSH 5.28. as instructed by doctor took 2 cabgolin 0.25, but still can see slight discharge from both breast (non spontaneous). Beside prolactin what are the reason for discharge

You should not stimulate your breast in any way. It will stop spontaneously. Touching the breast is a stimulus for release of PRL.

Get an ultrasound breast done to find out the reason Duct ectasia is a common reason fr breast discharge if prolactin levels are normal Thyroid levels are raised

Avoid stimulation of nipples, it will subside
