Nexito plus - twice a day - anxiety

I'm shamili, 34 yrs old..
As i was suffering from anxiety - hyperventilation & fast heart beat sometimes
Doctor suggested to take nexito plus once a day at night
Yesterday night i took nexito plus tablet at 10pm
From morning i feeling anxious & kind of breathlessness sometimes...but saturation is good enough now ..98 oxygen saturation
My husband went to office , am alone at home with my baby ..
Can i take nexito plus now & night if required
?
If something happens i alone can't able to rush to hospital...so precaution can i tablet now
