Ive been trying to get my soft contacts out for 3 hours now and nothing works I do the pinch and everything, my eyes blink too much and it hurts my eyes to touch it anymore, it's 10:30 pm now and I need to be able to sleep because I have to work early tomorrow, please help me. Is there anyway to get it out without physically touching the eye? I fell asleep for 30 minutes and rehydrated it but nothing worked still

Put lubricant eyedrops in your eye. If u dont have them you can directly put the lens solution in your eyes. This will moist the lens and easy to remove
