New moles, many spots
I have many small red spots on my body. Some are obvious and some are minute.
I have two black moles on my face, both came around last year. I'm seeing another emerging mole on my face.
I have a protruding mole on near my ankle. It was a flat mole when I was a kid. It's been protruding for the past 5-6 years. It falls off and grows back.
Are any of these moles concerning? Why am I getting new moles? What are these red spots, are they moles?

Thanks for the pics. none of these appear concerning at the moment on first glance.
They are different types of skin tumors from a cherry angioma to possibly a sebaceous Nevus.
We will also need much more details as regards the onset and factors aggravating this problem etc as well as a detailed personal, family, medical history to see what exactly it could be and what is the best course of action
