Nervousness after lunch
I feel nervousness (ghabrahat) and rapid heart rate and sleepiness after 1 hour of lunch..what can be cause ? These symptoms gradually decrease in evening.

Avoid oily ,spicy food Don't rush your meals Donot overeat If necessary have small frequent meals You will be fine

Could be because of Rapid eating or oily/spicy food, which can lead to bloating and until its relieved , you might feel nervousness , which in turn can cause anxiety and rapid heart rate .
