Nervous and anxiety due to exam fear
My upcoming exam will start July or June. I can not prepared myself, I feel I have failed in the exam. I shall commit suicide. Help and solve my problem. I have failed the daily studies schedule because of depression

Some anxiety or worry about exams is needed to work hard & score well. But if the anxiety or worry increases too much, then beyond a certain level, it can affect your performance rather than enhancing it. So you need to learn how to manage the excess anxiety regarding your exams & result through changes in thinking & relaxation techniques. Secondly, you need to understand that not scoring well in exams doesn't make you a total failure in life, so thoughts about ending the life are irrational. There are many more aspects in life other than academic success & I am sure that you may be having other life aspects where you may be good.
Next Steps
If you are still not able to cope, visit a psychologist or psychiatrist for counseling.
