I have visited doctor for Chest pain After Angioplasty he has given Remmag plus, B-29,Pregator three medicine in that mythylcobalamin 1500 MCG, both in 3 tablets I.e 4500 MCG in am using in 1 day pls.advice it is correct or not

You can ask your doctor , the reason for prescribing 4500 mcg of methylcobalamine per day.Even with severe B12 deficiency daily dose is 1000 mcg of either cyanocobalamin or methylcobalamine.
