  4. Nerve like swelling on the mouth. It be?

Nerve like swelling on the mouth
I had a tooth removal, the extraction did complete in the first day . So i was given anesthesia second day its been a month. I have very small nerve like swelling i did get it checked by the dentist and an ent they said it was the soft tissue. What could it be??
