Dear patient. I would need a little more informtaion about the symptoms described by you. The feeling of dizziness or fainting can occur due to a number of medical neurological and psychiatric conditions. A complete examination of cardiovascular system nervous system and a good clinical history is needed before making any impression. At times ear related problems also can present with dizziness. So please consult a good physician or a neurologist or a Psychiatrist as per your comfort. Hope it helps.
