Negative thinking and overthinking
From last 7 months suffring frm anxiety and depression .. deveplod a negative thinking and attitude for my lover we are in relationship fr last 5 yrs we didn't hv any problm in our relation . bt my thinking pattern is getting worst day by day i love him alot and m thinking negtive about my love life that i don't love him and then my heart beats vry fast i shiver n cry and day by day m getting more negativity ... and i cry everyday.. i want to love him like a do before bcz those days was heavan for me we loved each other alot and he is still with me n always say that these are ur false beliefs which are hurting u .... when a try to slove it ..it get worst plzz help me i want my love my ife back
