Hey, Do you happen to watch soccer or cricket..?? If not watch a match today. Any given match as you know is being watched by thousands on the ground & millions on tv. On players, there is a burden of not just their own expectation but also that of selectors, critics & audience. What do you think the state of a player is before the match, when he is on ground & after the match..?? He must be extremely anxious or excited about the match however more excited or anxious he is, better it is for him because he has all that energy in his disposal to strike in the match. He just sits somewhere & cherishes this energy or could direct it on practice. He starts the match with hundred uncertainties and only with one intention. To give his best in the match and live it as best as he could. Neither audiences nor outcome matters to him here, but every moment of his presence in the game. Of course there will be an outcome when there is a game and it's good for him if he strikes because he'll be appreciated & good for him if he doesn't because he'll sharpen his skills and get even more better at it. Do you think Messi or Tendulkar have succeeded in every match they have played..?? What do you think matters the most most for a player..?? Neither the anticipation nor the outcome but the opportunity to be their on the ground and live the battle. Each and every situation in life is exactly the replica of this. Remember that you are the one who are playing your life. I see that you have so much energy at your disposal. It's up to you how you use it and shape your life. Seek counseling from a psychologist or psychiatrist if you continue facing issues. Go ahead and play your life like a pro.
