You remain asymptomatic, you should get repeat RTPCR done after one week.

It is not necessary that you will get negative after 7 days of quarantine.There is possibility of getting positive even upto 3 months.you can resume your work if u have no any symptoms after 7 days of quarantine.

Theres no such evidence to repeat the test or when it comes negative
If you are asymptomatic - no need to do test again unless required for documentation
