Hi.. a well balanced diet & exercise plan will help you achieve your target. A diet can be planned even with your likes & dislikes of food items.
Being a mother you may not have enough time. Dedicate some time time for yourself - eat meals on time / regular intervals of 2.5-3 hrs. Add exercise to your day. Avoid packaged foods as much as possible.
