Since many months, I have been having a lot of brain fog, easily getting distracted, impulsivity and anxiety. I heard that
vitamin D and B related deficiencies could be one of the reasons for this. So I got a complete vitamin profile tested.
Acc. to report, I fall in insufficiency range for vitamin D (23.26 ng/mL)
And for B vitamins, for most of them, I'm on the lower end of the normal levels.
B12 - 386 pg/ml
B1 - 0.78 ng/ml
B2 - 8.63 ng/ml
B3 - 0.38 ng/ml
B5 - 84.26 ng/ml
B6 - 14.84 ng/ml
B7 - 0.25 ng/ml
B9 - 0.21 ng/ml
Please suggest me what should be the vitamin supplementation that I should take so that the these vitamin levels stay high. This will help me.
