Need to reduce mummy tummy
I have 1 year 4 months son, i still have a mummy tummy which makes me look a bit pregnant also I do have back pains which increases after I bend to do any activity. Suggest ways to reduce weight and mummy tummy too.

First of all you should go for walks in morning or evening, then after walk you should start with stretching your body along with lower back stretch.
