Mummy tummy reduce exercise
I m 6 month post pregnancy, still not reduce my belly fat, pls suggest me how to reduce my mummy tummy,

Start 30 minutes morning walk, then after 1 week add abdominal exercise, continue 2 months reduce amount of rice and potato in meal, drink lots of water
