First of all you need to concentrate on to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. As it's been 8 week so you can start up to focus on abdominal core strengthening exercises as well along with breathing, will be more effective.
Next Steps
Gradually you can start excercise on physio ball ( Swiss ball)

You need to learn and practice kegels exs (for pelvic muscles),learn post.natal exs from a physio who is specialised in ANC PNC care And then also start with core strengthening exs
