Exercise after cesarean delivery ???
My wife has delivered a second baby on 11th July 2019 (I.e It has been four months now ). It is a cesarean delivery . And even for the first baby it was cesarean delivery  which was on 21st April 2017 (I.e It has been two and half years now) . She wants to reduce her weight now .She was a sports person and she has been playing sports like volleyball , badminton , swimming etc regularly .        Can she again start playing sports and do regular exercise now or does stitches on her stomach need some more time to heal ? We need your advice on that .

Make a protocol of exercise.  Do yoga starting with short duration and gradually increase time. If pain stiches site suddenly stop doing that exercise. Do pelvic floor muscle exercises and also make diet charts

First of all mostly weight reduce through proper balanced diet and breast feeding . Yes toning and strengthening of muscles will happen through proper exercises. She can definitely start exercising as its already 4 months but she has to start with basic abdominal back  and pelvic floor muscle strengthening and stretching exercises. She can also include walking in her regular regime . Once the strength start improving then she can make her exercise regine extensive. Yes of course with proper training and guidance she. can always come back to sports.
