My wife has delivered a second baby on 11th July 2019 (I.e It has been four months now ). It is a cesarean delivery . And even for the first baby it was cesarean delivery which was on 21st April 2017 (I.e It has been two and half years now) .
She wants to reduce her weight now .She was a sports person and she has been playing sports like volleyball , badminton , swimming etc regularly .
Can she again start playing sports and do regular exercise now or does stitches on her stomach need some more time to heal ? We need your advice on that .
