Hi There, Good to hear from you :) Always remember that you need to follow a diet which you can continue lifelong. You cannot do a GM diet lifelong and there are high chances that your weight has plateaued because of following the GM diet.Right now you need to gradually stop following the GM diet.Do it occasionally once in 15 days and follow it only on any 1 day and not continuously. Some tips to help you lose weight 1)Eat small and frequent meals preferably every 2 hrs. 2)Drink at least 12-15glasses of water per day. 3)Eat at least 2 servings of fruits in a day 4)Add more veggies in the diet in the form of salads and stirfry(low in oil) 5)Make sure you consume not more than 3 tsps of oil in a day. 6)Reduce the consumption of salt and sugar. 7)Avoid refined, processed and high calorie foodstuffs. 8)Do not skip meals. 9)Maintain portion control. 10)Chew your food slowly and do not be in a hurry to gulp it down. 11)Do a brisk walk for 25-30minutes everyday. Also please follow a diet only if it has been suggested by a trained nutritionist and Dietician ,do not strt it all by yourself

Hello, I went through your query, the 4 keys to lose weight is diet, exercise, good sleep, and stress free life. All have equal importance. It's good you already following diet plan, be strict in that and be consistent and compromise free. Atleast 45min for strenous exercise(aerobics, cardio, treadmill running) morning and evening with dieting helps to reduce weight. 7hrs of quality night sleep and stress free life, will help a lot. Drink plenty of water. This helps to reduce your weight faster. If you still feel hard to lose weight get thyroid test done.
