Need to know which is better

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have knee swelling(psoriatic arthritis) coz of which i went to doctor through practo.i was suggested to have taken out the fluid blocked near knee. Is it safe?? Coz cost must be high. Or physiotherapy is a better option
