Hei I want to increase my weight so please suggest me diet. Any home exercise .need to increase in next 5-6 months.

For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet Add plenty of water. Take 3main meal and 2-3snacks per day.

Hi For gaining weight you need to follow high calorie high protein balanced diet. I can't plan your diet here without knowing your time schedule,diet schedule and medical history. You should meet me or any other Dietician for a personalized diet plan. For a while you can follow the following tips which may help u to some extent : > Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns > Eat Plenty of Protein > Fill up on Plenty of Carbs and Fat and Eat at Least 3 Times per Day > Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. > Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. > Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories >Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you're trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. > Get quality sleep. Hello. It is suggestive to increase the protein intake as that would help you improve your immunity. Also increase your appetite, include fats from nuts and oil seeds as they are a good source of healthy fats required by our body. Try doing exercise that builds your muscles, which would improve your strength also increase your muscle mass. Building strength is a slow process, which will take time to improve, don't loose hopes soon, keep working on it till you achieve your goal.

For gaining weight,don't take unrecommended food supplements,that may effect ur health badly, don't take outside pestry, deep fried items from out side to gain weight. U have to waight & patiently u have to take ample amount of good fat,comes from fish oil, vegiterian oil( First time fried) , Walnut, almonds etc.. take yellow fruits in ample amount with green leafy vegetables in ur regular diet. Walk regularly for 30min to enhance BMR. I will give you suppliments to enhance your appetite.
