Hello, Can I take Green Grapes in pregnancy i have confusion which fruits need to avoid in pregnancy. currently 4 month is running. please help me

You can take grapes. You should avoid ripe papaya . Preferred fruits  should include pomegranate, banana, orange .

Yes you can eat them There are no fruits that need to be avoided in pregnancy It's a myth  that certain fruits like papaya and pineapple can lead to abortions

Papaya is avoided in pregnancy as its seeds are used in making abortion medicines. All other fruits are safe . It is best to take seasonal fruits . Green grapes are totally safe
