I have upper back pain and neck tightness also feeling fatigued.i also feel some discomfort in chest.i have done ecg,2d echo ,TMT and chest x ray all are normal .I suffer from acidity.I have also done thyrocare aarogyam 1.3 test.i have vitamin d deficiency.is my symptoms heart related?

It's mostly related to vitamin d deficiency. If it's low it's better to take proper medications for that. Kindly take a consultation for prescription and management.
