Upper left quadrant back pain
Hi, Daily in the morning while I wake up I have pain in upper left back pain and it reduces slowly after I pee and poop. (Over six months or more but it was mild I didn't notice it but currently its little uncomfort for over 3 months ). Somedays I pass more gas and some days it smells nasty) - not frequently. Sometimes I have pain in other area likes lower back(left and right not on spine center) and bladder pain along with the upper left back pain My poop color  varies daily, green, mild green, black sometimes and yellow too. Consistency is greasy always and some times look like covered with water. Previously I had gerd issue but now it's ok bcs I totally changed my food habit. Previously I had tonsil stones too and chronic throat pain too. Now its okay Sometimes I have center chest bone pain and sometimes when I take deep breath I hear a click sound. Done ct for kidney and bladder result is normal. Guide me which doc do I need to see and please tell me whats the disease!
