So be comfortable and open up.
It seems to be difficulty in maintaining any relationship.
It needs to be addressed with proper guidance and strategies to keep relationship live.

Hi... It may be hard to find a Psychologist of your generation, i.e., Gen Z, as s/he would be still pursuing his degree in psychology. Many people come to mental healthcare services with such preconceived ideas about their therapist or therapy at large. But the fact of the matter is that you don't need a brain surgeon of your generation to perform a brain surgery on you. Rather you require someone who has a competence to address your concerns.
