Need pre braces smile back
I am under braces from past 1 year. My upper arch was made u shape first , then pulled on one side from prior 6th molar extraction gap left after 7 shifted to its place. 15 days before i asked my dentist to undo and shift back my teeth in front. But since my overlap is gone. My smile line is low my teeth visibility is less due to to the current u shape teeth setting. If i get my wire removed can my teeth shift back to original position. Can my pre braces smile be back ?

Dear madam.  I understand your concern. In my experience most Dental Braces patients start treatment for specific reasons ,as dental braces takes time to show results. So keeping that in mind think again before you decide on getting the dental braces removed in between. As all the Orthodontist's work, efforts and your time are gone into it.  Regarding the teeth visibility -Teeth are constantly moving during Orthodontic treatment.  Regarding the current status of teeth, lip length is unchanged during braces treatment. If you are not happy with the teeth visibility discuss it with your  Orthodontist. As they can provide possible solutions in your case.

Hi For any orthodontic treatment, make sure to discuss in detail with your orthodontist about your goal, before and during the treatment protocol. You should be transparent enough and open, so that they understand your concern, physically explain to you the current condition and treatment outcome. As ever orthodontists have their own treatment protocol, to achieve their goals.

Greetings, I understand from your explanation that you have overlapped teeth initially, now it has become straight by shifting the arch towards the opposite side 1. The teeth wont move back to its position post ortho treatment if you wear retainers properly 2. Kindly address your smile concern with your orthodontist, they may be able to provide a better option.
Next Steps
To do 1. Present this concern to current orthodontist
Health Tips
Word of caution Before starting treatment , kindly express your treatment goals to the dentist
