Need long term medical management
For 6 months use of dienogest 2 mg my endometriotic cyst size decreases, no pain no period. So How to manage endometriotic cyst for long term atleast upto desire pregnancy. Since we all know that high bp and diabetes has long term medical management with no serious side effect of medicine. is there any long term medical management available with less serious side effect for this cyst? Thank you 🙏
