Long term dienogest & Low bmd
Is long term(3 years+) use of dienogest (due to endometriomas on ovary) causes low bone mineral density and it causes arthritis/osteoporosis? So what vitamin/medicine should continue with dienogest to avoid low bine mineral density? Plz help 🙏. Thank you 🙏

Hello you should test for vitamin D  and calcium test in blood and if there is deficiency of these then start accordingly.
