Bleeding while on Dienogest
I have been on Dienogest from past 42 days and my LMP was on 19th april. I didnt get my periods this month, however i was experiencing spotting for 1-3 days and now from past 3-4 i am experiencing bleeding slightly heavier than spotting. The color of the blood is brownish black. Is it normal? How long will this bleeding last?

Are you taking the medicine for endometriosis? If so restart the medicine. Take it for around 50 days more and then stop. The periods should come properly then.

Dienogest reduces blood flow,and periods are lighter, max

contd taking dienogest,it takes 2-3months min to hv its effect working.spotting,irregular periods will reduce.

Please get a sonography of lower abdomen done. It is better to ensure that the uterus is empty.
