Is long term Dienogest causes Low bmd ?
How to prevent low bmd While use dienogest 2 mg for last 3 years to control endometriotic cyst? Present cyst size is small 1 CM & 2 CM. If I ceased medicine then size increased. So what to do now? Now I'm unmarried. Also saw from google that this medicine causes low bmd & osteoporosis. So what food or medicine Needed to prevent low bmd while using dienogest? Plz help.. Thank you 🙏

It can cause osteoporosis but those patients are on the therapy for years.
