Hello team My weight is 43 kg. With 5.1 height which is less than ideal weight..my arms and shoulders are too thin..kindly guide me diet plan and exercise which enhance my weight ..i want to gain weight specially on arms and shoulder n legs n hips...i want results in 1 months.my marriage in august ..i want to look fit and healthy .also suggest me ideal weight according to my height ..n share diet chart according to time ..

Hi, for gaining weight you need to eat high calories, balanced diet. Have fruits like banana. And include nuts and dried fruits in your diet. Also you should try doing Yoga. Have you done any thyroid tests or any other blood tests. Do your thyroid test once.
