Need clarification for stool
My baby has been passing yellow semi-solid stools five times a day for the past 15 days. Recently, the frequency reduced to three times a day, but the consistency remains the same. She is 3 months and 28 days old, weighing 4.7 kg. Is this normal, or could it be diarrhea, as she has a scheduled vaccine at 3.5 months?"
