Need advice
Dr i am getting married this year but i am confused as i never watched porn or done masturbation type things when i am awake only ejaculation happened as nightfall or dreaming something sexually while sleeping. So i want to do semen analysis test before my marriage but confused how i should give my semen as i don't ejaculated on my own will. Is there any other method for checking and collection semen from body ?

First of all, the fact that you have not watched pornography or practiced masturbation does not indicate any problem with fertility or sexual health. The occurrence of nightfall shows that your body is capable of producing semen and ejaculating naturally. For semen analysis, the standard method of collection is through masturbation into a sterile container after 2–7 days of abstinence.  Otherwise alternative collection methods depends on a case-by-case basis, but these are usually reserved for specific medical situations and require evaluation by an andrologist/urologist. A few questions: Have you ever experienced a normal erection? Have you ever ejaculated while awake? Any history of diabetes, testicular injury, surgery, or hormonal disorders?

Nightfall is normal in your case because you dont do anything. Its doesn't mean you are infertile. For another problem goes nearby fertility centre or you can directly consult with urologist and andrologist.

First off, congratulations on your upcoming marriage! It is completely normal to feel a bit anxious or confused about these things when you are approaching a major life milestone, but I want to reassure you: what you are describing is perfectly normal and healthy. Having nocturnal emissions (commonly known as "nightfall" or wet dreams) is the body's natural, healthy way of clearing out accumulated semen when a person doesn't masturbate or engage in sexual activity while awake. It shows that your reproductive system is functioning just fine. When it comes to getting a semen analysis, your situation is actually more common than you might think.
Next Steps
Don't let this stress you out or cloud the excitement of your wedding. Your body is doing exactly what it is supposed to do. The best path forward is to schedule a consultation. You can openly share exactly what you wrote here.
