Please tell me your all details about height weight, age, eatinghabits as well eating pattern ,lifestyle,and how long you both were overweight to advise you. By the mean time take low fat ,high fibre, low carb diet with proper hydration and some physical activity. Eat your food by chewing well and devided into 3 main and 3 small meals. Introduce soup ,veg,sprouts,oats(1meal)salted,milk,salads.. introduce these foods in a meal for 3 days in a week bt alternate days n remaining dsys keep your diet habits. Follow this for 15 days...msg me in.any query
